Second Post Sunday 4/1/12 Marc's Update

So Today My husband Marc Entered into a Triathlon here in Vero Beach Fl.

At Jungle Club..

So He started at 7:30 AM I wanted to show you his pictures in his journey today.

So here is the first picture of My husband entering into the Triathlon..

He looks full of energy keep watching lol..

So First thing we signed in and received his paper.

Then we had to set the settings for his Bike and he started

in the Pool Required Laps was 12 laps.

He was doing so awesome. I had tears

in my eyes so proud of him.

We been working on losing weight for a year.

This was such a good thing for his accomplishments.

So He did his 12 laps  and out he came to get on his Bike

Now he has to ride Five Miles.

Whew he looks tuckered but he is a trooper

Almost at five and look at that smile

Sorry Honey not over yet.

Now we have to run to your treadmill.

One Mile to go and you have completed it.

Oh Baby So Very Proud of you..

You are My Triathlon Athlete..

I love this man more than any words could even Tell you.

Now he has a Tshirt and His Certificate of Completion.

Treadmill Running one Mile 8:26 Mins.
